Ljupco N. Fidanovski - President
Ljupco N. Fidanovski is Founder and President of E3 Management Solutions – a management advisory company that partners with clients to drive operational excellence and navigate change. E3MS provides COO/CFO advisory services, M&A integration leadership, and successful digital and operational transformation expertise.
Ljupco has over 20 years of experience working at top global organizations ranging from Disney, Comcast’s NBC Universal, and 20th Century Fox to Warner Bros. Entertainment. He has held a variety of leadership roles, as CFO, head of strategic planning, sales planning, business development departments and leading enterprise wide technology initiatives.
In addition, Ljupco serves on the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Anderson School of Management Alumni Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for Grades Of Green, a Los Angeles based environmental advocacy and education program for children.
Ljupco holds MBA’s from the UCLA Anderson and the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Business Administration.
Todd Greenfield - Senior Advisor
Todd Greenfield is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience building and leading finance teams at various major Entertainment Media companies. He has overseen accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, M&A, internal audit and tax functions.
He is the former Chief Financial Officer at Spyglass Media Group and Ratpac Entertainment. Prior to Ratpac Entertainment, Todd was the Vice President of Finance at Media Rights Capital. Previously, he was Vice President of Finance and Administration at Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation in the Domestic Theatrical division, Accounting Manager at Sega Gameworks, and Accounting Supervisor at the Walt Disney Company and a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton, LLP.
Todd is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) Leventhal School Of Accounting.
Sheela Jairaj Gonsalves - Senior Advisor
Sheela Jairaj Gonsalves is a senior sales and operations executive with over 20 years of experience building teams and scaling revenue at major international media companies that include Universal Studios and Paramount Pictures. A master at shaping comprehensive strategic plans to achieve revenue-busting results, Sheela has partnered with several Fortune 500 retail, tech, and media companies like Wal-Mart, Best, Kroger, Amazon, Redbox Netflix.
Most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales Development at Sony Pictures, Sheela led the digital and physical product account planning teams, sales operations, and reporting divisions. Previous executive leadership roles at Sony included Vice President of Retail Operations and Vice President of Sales.
Sheela has owned several P&L's and has a comprehensive knowledge of strategic sales development and execution, process improvement, and profit optimization. Sheela has led software implementations for data warehouse and reporting, inventory management and demand forecasting, and trade fund management tools. Her extensive and diverse proficiencies continue to deliver innovative business approaches that achieve multi-million-dollar revenue numbers.
Sheela resides in Los Angeles and holds a BA from Loyola Marymount University in Business Administration.
